I mentioned a while ago that I replaced my 16 bit non-cardbus network 
PCMCIA card with a Netgear FA510 32 bit cardbus card after I had 
performed some benchmarks. Last week at work, I was unable to get the 
card to work. After bringing it home with the same results, I contacted 
Netgear support who gave me 2 RMA numbers, one for the dongle and 
the other for the card. Last thursday I actually received a new dongle via 
FedEx overnight. I sent back both the card and the old dongle on Friday. 
Yesterday, I received a brand new FA510 card (with a dongle, so now I 
have a spare dongle). 

This was no hassle at all. We shipped via USPS Priority mail which does 
tracking.
