David Kramer's asked me to post this for him. His system is down because of 
a new cable modem and the change of ip address.

David is looking for a good reference to getting all that Apache magic 
compiled right, or an RPM that has all the extras?
Please cc the original post to that account, too.  Can you also ask them 
how to definitively verify that I am closed to relaying?
