MediaOne dns problems

I use the dynamic DNS service from TZO.com.  $25 a year and works like
a charm.  Changes to my lease get picked up within 5 minutes and I can
force an update.  Without it, memecycle.com looks like
208-59-176-76.c3-0.arl-ubr1.sbo-arl.ma.cable.rcn.com.
