"Dynamic DNS".  Use it if you're on an ISP that hands out arbitrary IP
addresses and names and you want a name that stays put.  Once
installed your system periodically sends an account ID hash to them
and says "Hey, I'm over here" and the nameservers at TZO update with
the new address.  They're relatively cheap ($29/yr) and relatively
linux-friendly.
