Tulip driver

Hi:
I'm trying to get my network card (NC100 v 2.1) working on my system &
I'm now running into the following problem:
When I run insmod I get the following error messages (paraphrased):

tulip.0 unresolved symbol: __global_cli
tulip.0 unresolved symbol: __global_save_flags
tulip.0 unresolved symbol: __global_restore_flags

Is there something missing in my build of the tulip driver?  Am I
missing an option somewhere?
