buying HOWTOs, where?

The network HOWTO at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Net-HOWTO/ uses a
table of contents to access the headings' contents.  This is very
inconvenient if you want to read it continuously or print the entire
document.

Is anyone aware where to buy a hard copy of the HOWTOs or where to get a
PDF copy?
