Want: Faceplate w/RJ45 jack built-in

Hello to all:

I am looking for someone who carries an RJ45 faceplate with a double-sided
RJ45 jack built in so I can plug patch cables directly into it from both
sides (and cover some holes in the walls).

If anyone knows of a source, please let me know.
