This is nasty and expensive, but it would probably work. ATEN
Technologies (http://www.aten-usa.com) sells PS/2 KVM switches and
adapters to convert just about anything to use PS/2. In your situation
you _could_ use a USB->PS/2 (UC-100KM, $49), an ADB->PS/2 (CV-160, $99),
and a 4 port KVM (CS-14, $149). I am using the IOGear version of the
same switch (Miniview G-CS14) and am very happy with it.
