How to config FTP Server - need Help

Hi all,
I have RedHat 7.1 installed on my pc.
When I installed the package, I did select the FTP package.
However, when I tried to FTP from other pc to my linux pc,
I was unable to connect. I already create a User.
Can anyone help ?
