I do not reccomend service through Earthlink. I am in
the process of trying to get it with them, and if I
wasn't so far along, I'd drop them. According to
them, my line is active, all I need to do is set up
the self install kit, and I'm good.
The only problem is that I've been waiting over a
month for them to send me the kit. I've called
several times, and have been told TWICE that somehow
my order has been screwed up, but they will put in a
new one.
It's very frustrating, and the Customer Service Dept
has not been very supportive or helpful.
