Is anybody else getting this ".scr" attachment spam?

Hi group,

Recently I've been getting a couple of messages a day from typical spam 
addresses ("Someone", etc..) that are always just a single attachment that 
looks like a .scr file.  Of course they go right in the trash.  But is 
anybody else getting this?  it seems to be a recent thing.  And the spam 
addresses are always from microsoft.com, which I assume is forged.
