Redhat 7.3 or Suse 8.0

where would i find a copy of redhat7.3? i tried
download it but it seems to be too slow.  i guess a
lot of people are downloading it.  is there some other
way of downloading it?  which would be better to
install suse 8.0 or redhat 7.3?
