Deleting files from an RPM

   I've found that this most often occurs when I'm doing something wrong 
anyway. ;)  Files often get moved from one package to another, so you 
might want to make sure you have the latest versions of both packages just 
in case.
   That being said, RPM does have a "--replacefiles" option which will do 
just what you want.  The "--force" option will work as well, but it could 
mask other more fatal errors.
