That didn't happen on the copy I received. It sounds like Jim saw a
mangled quoted-printable encoded message.
What's he using for mail? I've seen a number of cases like that over
the past few years that appeared to be caused by Exchange or Outlook,
but I never had enough data to verify that, and it didn't occur frequently
enough for properly diagnosing it to become a priority.
