Yes, but lots of companies (I think ATT Broadband) have these restrictions
as well but do not enforce them unless it's a problem, ie the user is using
lots of bandwidth. Right now my service will be under ATT Broadband, but I
assume that will eventually get phased into Comcast as the purchase proceeds.

That's interesting. I'll have to see how it is for me, and maybe use mail
from my hosting provider rather than my ISP.
