All security updates are done via RPM. If I have to re-install, I'm
going to reinstall and pull in the most recent updates. So even
considering security updates, I don't want/need to backup files that
were installed by RPM and "not changed".
All I want to backup are my configuration and data files (in
particular those that DON'T come from RPM, but also those that do but
have been changed).
