Tivo and Comcast

Is anybody else with the Tivo/Comcast combination experiencing a screwed up
guide? All my premium channels recently changed, but
Tivo does not seem to have gotten the memo. So for instance my movie
channels used to come through on 60-65 (and also 301+), but
now in the 60 range I have cartoon network and stuff like that.
How in the world do I go about explaining to Tivo that it's got the wrong
info? According to system status it is all caught up on its phone
calls. it even had a message for me today that a lineup change has
occurred, but that was just for one little non-significant channel.
