The Dimension 8100 uses RDRAM, and the 128MB chip it shipped with was only
800mhz. RDRAM can be 3 times as much as DDR and I dont know of any places
that sell 800mhz RIMMS. I would buy two 512/1066 chips, but expect to
spend almost $400.
You can never have too much RAM
