Simple:
1. mount the CD-ROM or DVD on some directory:eg /mnt/cdrom
2. Set it up in your NFS /etc/exports file (read only)
3. Mount the DVD or CD-ROM(1) on that directory.
4. If you have only CD ROM, you must umount the CD-ROM each time the
client requests the next volume.
An alternative, might be to copy each of the CD ROMs to a directory on
the server, and export that directory if you have enough hard disk. 


On the client site, just point it at the server eg. server:/mnt/cdrom
