Anyone done the comcast transition wizard?

I'm on comcast, but dont really use anything other than my high speed 
line.  I have a linux box in the basement that hosts my domain and I only 
get email there. I assume others on this list are in a similar 
situation.  What's the scoop on this transition wizard they're telling me 
to run?  Will it screw anything up I'm already doing?  Anybody run it yet?
