MS NT driver in WINE

Greetings, all

I have a Targa 1000 board in a MS 2000 system that I would like to
transition to Linux (to match my other systems, except the Sparcs).
Unfortunately, I can not find anything that states clearly if WINE
supports device drivers, or only applications.  Does any one know, or
have tips for running device drivers under WINE?  Any pointers or
information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
