I'm running the latest ssh via Konsole. I also just did an ssh to
blu.org through xterm.
OpenSSH_3.5p1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090609f
Just to test it I tried to bind M-C-% (eg. ESC ctrl-shift-%) to a random
command (eg. goto-line). This bound M-% to that command.
