Apologies if I'm being a troll, but *what is the other Cambridge company*?
You come out and name PCs For Everyone -- great. You mention that PCs For
Everyone used to do business under the name Unitech, but Unitech doesn't
seem to be the other company that you're so happy with.
I know Microcenter was mentioned elsewhere in this thread, but it isn't
clear if you mean them or someone else, and in any case they aren't a
local company -- they have locations nationwide, but I think that their
headquarters is in Ohio.
My nagging curiosity is dying to know the name of the other company :)
Also, are Norfolk [VA?] and Fort Lauderdale some kind of tech shopping
meccas? Why cite them, out of all cities of a similar distance? If you're
willing to go as far as Florida for a good deal, surely there must be
deals to be found in, say, Washington, NYC, Chicago, Atlanta -- heck maybe
even Montreal or Toronto. Just to name some bigger, closer examples.
I feel like I just read half of your email, and the other was somehow lost
in transmission... :)
