1) Partnership Manager
Client is actively seeking a Partnership Manager to work out of its Waltham,
Massachusetts headquarters. You will have the opportunity to work with a
wide range of organizations in some of the largest and most advanced
technology companies throughout the world.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implementation of partnership/third-party program for new
CAE/EDM/Data Exchange product line
* Set strategic, revenue and profit objectives; create exciting programs
that are embraced by the sales team and major accounts
* implement all operational aspects, including budget and schedule
management
* Work closely with sales organization and directly with major accounts
* Negotiate business terms and conditions for the sale of partnership
agreement
* Coordinate training, consulting and joint development activities with
partners
Requirements:
* Candidates require a BA/BS, ideally in a technical discipline;
* 5+ years' experience managing successful channel marketing programs
high-technology software products which are sold direct, as well as through
distributors.
* Proven quota or MBO performance in channel and direct sales/marketing.
* Ability to "solution sell" as well as perform and manage
"technology-oriented sales".
* Demonstrated expertise in fielding effective channel marketing campaigns
on time and within budget is required.

2) Technical Consultant - CAD/PDM Engineering Applications
Work with customers in both pre and post sales to implement PDM/CAD product
based solutions. To excel in this position you must be able to understand
complex, multi-discipline problems and effectively communicate their
solutions to a wide variety of people. You will also be responsible for the
implementation of these solutions within a company's environment. All
positions involve significant interaction with customers, as well as with
the sales organization and partners. This job is fast-paced, hands-on in the
use of CAD systems and very customer oriented. This opportunity is based out
of  Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters.
Requirements:
* BS, 4 year degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or other related
technical field.
* Experience in the use of high-end CAD/CAE systems, such as CATIA,
Unigraphics and Pro/ENGINEER
* Familiarity with the various aspects of implementing of PDM/EDM products
such as Windchill, Metaphase or I-MAN.
* Experience in the use of CAD System APIs and Perl scripting.
* Strong written and verbal skills, along with project management skills,
are absolutely required.
* Ability to handle a large number of responsibilities and activities.
* Availability to travel approximately 30% worldwide.
Additional Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in applications engineering and/or technical sales.
* Experience in the use of XML and XSLT.
* Experience in the use of products.
* Understanding of issues involved with the integration of PDM/EDM products
within large organizations.
