Also, there are a number of organizations that offer free e-mail
forwarding for members.  My parents use forwarders with IEEE and the
American Bar Association, and many colleges offer "e-mail for life"
forwarding for all grads.  This won't solve the problem of having to
change e-mails yet again since Comcast won't give the user his account
back, but it would be a good solution for the future.
