Low-power Linux-based CPU PC?

Generally, there is a trade off between CPU power and electrical power
consumed. But not always the case. Often time, it is best to get the
lowest speed CPU of a given model. Or even underclock it.

We are still in the process of making our RoofServer, which will have an
inexpensive and low power consumption x86 cpu in in (cyrix mediagx - about
3 watts), have pcmcia, an be in a weatherproof enclosure.
