We do. This list is unmoderated. Unmoderated lists tend to be "self
moderated" which means that when some off-topic threads tend to get out
of hand, members speak up.
In the case of the topic that set this off, David runs a list on his
server that happens to be much more appropriate for that type of
discussion.
