While we are on the subject of PGP Keys...
I was wondering how to set up GNUPG to get through a firewall. 
I've got 'honor-http-proxy' set in keyserver options in my gpg.conf file, 
and the http_proxy environment variable set correctly. 
It's probably something stupid.
