IMHO, doing the cable is doable, but not really worth it.
I suggest stringing cat-5 (even replacing cat-3 or worse phone lines with
cat-5 if you have cross talk) if you can. Wireless is great, but after
using 'fixed wireless' (in my desktop, because I am moving I also removed my
cat-5 from the house, it wasn't a pretty setup) I like the wired install
much better. It could be my belkin 54G router.
Anyway, if you can, cat-5, otherwise wireless is OK, just not great.
