I would stick with what you have. Last I knew, Comcast doesn't block
outbound ports 25 or 80, and your "dynamic" ip doesn't change for several
months on end. If you're paranoid about the dynamic thing, you can set
your domain to redirect to a dynamic dns service like no-ip.com Comcast is
affordable and fast enough to be usable for people who use your website.
RCN is faster, but at least for me, they block outbound 25 and 80.
