My experiences with Comcast/ATT BB/mediaone/Highway1:
My IP addresses have been very stable. The only time they changed was when I
changed hardware, and once or twice when the segment was renumbered, and I
have had it over 10 years. I have rarely had an outage especially since
Comcast came on board. I am unable to get DSL because of my distance from
the CO.
