ilient software

Has anyone seen this helpdesk, assest management application from ilient? 
I installed it and started playing with it, seems to work pretty nicely 
for what I need, it says it is free, as I don't mind paying something for 
nice software, I really don't want to get it deployed and find out it is 
not free, anyone used it?  Any feedback on it?
