Not sure what you're saying there, but rebinding should be fine as long
as it works ;-). There is the possibility that it won't rebind
correctly, so I would do it when you're sure it can be down for a bit
should it fail (murphy's law, and all). If it works, then there should
only be perhaps a minute at most when a user might not be able to
connect due to the credentials being negotiated.
