Use Procmail to re-write the reply to address on all your list email to
automatically be reply-to-list-address.

Or use mutt for your email client and always use "L" when replying to 
email on lists

Or use mutt for your email client and configure the folder hooks to
reconfigure the "r" (reply) command so that whenever you are in a list
folder "r" will be the "reply to list" command.

or use procmail on outgoing mail and use it to re-write the outgoing
address to that of the list.  (gets tricky)
