php application framework

As I got tired of reinventing the wheel for the Xth time, I decided to look 
into php application frameworks. So far the top contenders through my cursory 
google searches are:
blueshoes
horde (integrated with PEAR)
seagull
binarycloud (integrated with Smarty)

Anybody's 2cents/recommendations are appreciated in regards to the above and 
any alternatives.
