Robert,
So long as each connection is consistent, yes. You must have 568A on
both ends of each patch cord, or 568B on both ends of each patch panel,
or you'll have created a "Crossover" connection that swaps transmit and
receive.
Of course, sometimes crossover connections are desireable, but for
ordinary "straight through" connections, you'll be OK as long as both
ends of each wire have the same wiring, i.e., both 568A or both 568B.
