Not a bad idea. Jerry emailed everyone who was subscribed in August, 
because he had a cached copy of some htpasswd files from when he 
was testing a cron script he wrote to use mailman passwords in apache. 

The list archive goes back to 1994; it probably wouldn't make sense to 
go that far back; I think 3 years back should be sufficient. I'll 
put together a list from the archives.
