The problem is:
[warlord at cliodev src]$ host 74-93-196-186-washingtondc.hfc.comcastbusiness.net
Host 74-93-196-186-washingtondc.hfc.comcastbusiness.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
So you have a PTR record but no corresponding A record.
