Wireless neighborhood suggestion

Two vendors with solid reputations-
Netgate, at http://www.netgate.com/  probably the best bet for prebuilt
systems.  Up to 400mw, indoor or outdoor units, external antennas if you
really want to push things.  I haven't tried one myself, but

something that might work for you.

War Driving World, at http://www.wardrivingworld.com/, especially for
roll-your-own options.
