Testing a bad mobo/CPU/power-supply?

Thanks.  I did that.  I did acquire a power supply tester today
and was able to get the CPU fan up and spinning with a new power
supply.  However now the system wont POST/beep and there's no
video.  I've heard a number of people complain about this particular
issue with this mobo, so it's quite possibly a broken mobo.

Yep, and I'm not getting ANY beeps at all!  So I think it's a dead
mobo.  :(   Oh well, wont be able to get a new one for a few days.
