i'm considering purchasing a playstation3 and it got me thinking about my first console...

knowing that there's some guys older than myself on the list, what's the first computer game you played?

i like how you can run linux on the ps3.  anybody got around the resolution limitation?  if yes, what a great pc / game console!

eric c - the one who really wants a ps3 but finds it hard to justify spending $400.
