Verizon Commercial FIOS, DNS problem with Covad DSL

Thanks for the comment about Verizon Commercial FIOS.
We'll go ahead and switch to FIOS.
I did receive call from Verizon about the installation and they said we need a route. I wonder if this is necessary because we connect to a pix firewall.
