SAGE used to have four levels of sysadmin defined, and I've
occasionally seen job ads that used their terminology.

These folks seem to be looking for what SAGE calls:
Level III: Intermediate/Advanced System Administrator

(out of four levels)

plus some special requirements on top of that.
