Not quite true; a CardBus card could, in theory, JUST keep up with a
UDMA 6 (133 MBps) device, as the bus is 32 bits wide and runs at 33 MHz.
It's exactly the same speed as a PCI slot. Non-CardBus PCMCIA is too
slow to even think about.
