I can see from the user's guide at
http://broadband.motorola.com/consumers/products/WR850g/downloads/WR850G_userguide.pdf
that you need a barrel connector with a positive center ring and a
negative outside ring. You can tell by the symbol above the jack, which
has a line going from the center dot to the + and a line from the outer
ring to the -.
