I meant are the OTA HD channels in clear-QAM?  I.e., could I use
an HDHR to get all my OTA HD off FiOS?

I still find it annoying that this is so hit or miss...   It's one
thing I really DO like about RCN -- I can read (just about) every
channel off firewire.
