Have you looked at the qnap systems? Some are ARM based, and these can run
Debian if you're so inclined:

The only thing to look out for is that the newest models (TS-219, for
instance) are much much faster than the older TS-209). The TS-219 shares a
lot of its guts with the sheevaplug.
