best office/home office setup - the telecommuter

Laptops are the way to go.  We don't even deploy desktops at my company. 
  Makes it easy for people to work from home ;)  Using screen, sshfs, 
etc means you're going to have to have a computer at your other 
locations if you have a desktop.
