Rich,
I tried VMWare server and it certainly did suck, but I then downloaded=20
Virtualbox and it worked fine on my laptop (Compaq NX6125 AMD Turion64 1 =

core). I have KVM on my desktop and it also works fine with both Vista=20
and XP but I have not really loaded it down, but that's a quad core.
