Debian epiphany browser

I set up Debian on my PC.  I can not tell how pleased that I am with it.  I
will never go back.  That said, I should mention that the default epiphany
browser on Gnome does not connect to the Internet.  My remedy is to use
Iceweasel which was also included in the Gnome package.  But, I thought that
I should bring up some really curious problem with Epiphany.  I am using
Debian testing version so the problem should be corrected, but it was not
corrected in my last update.
